- Keep your arms in front of your as if you were holding a large fish.
- Have the platform ready when the ball crosses the net.
- Pass while leaning forward, in front of your knees.
- Keep arms away from back.
- Push with legs in the intended direction (midline 1-2 meters away from the net)
- When ball comes long turn around, lift shoulder.
- When you pass an easy serve/free ball, try to pass to a small zone in the center close to the net for an option ball or an easy set.
